* Exit Hwy. 249 from the Sam Houston Tollway towards Tomball.
* Take the Cypresswood Drive exit and turn right at Cypresswood Drive.
* Go through the first light and then take the first U-turn to the left. The office building is right past the Pain Recovery Center on your right.
